  • Date
  • December 2005

Produced by the Open Society Public Health Program, Mediating Romani Health: Policy and Program Opportunities was launched in December 2005 in Bucharest at the seminar "Past and Future Projects and Policies: How to Impact Roma Health Most Effectively." As many Eastern European countries plan to initiate or expand Roma Health Mediator (RHM) programs, the study identifies the potential and limitations of RHM programs. The report assesses Roma Health Mediator models in Bulgaria, Finland, and Romania.
