OSI is at the forefront of efforts to combat HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis (TB), and sexually transmitted infections (STIs) at the global, regional, national, and local levels. The organization collaborates both with individual Soros foundations to support NGOs and with bilateral and multilateral agencies to change policy. This document highlights past and current OSI activities from a regional perspective.
