Survey on Communicating Education Reform

  • Date
  • January 2005

The Survey on Communicating Education Reform, prepared jointly by the Education Support Program-Ljubljana (OSEP-SEE) and the South East European Education Cooperation Network (SEE ECN) explores communication practices used by stakeholders in education reform in South East Europe (SEE). Information includes:

  • public support for education reform in SEE countries;
  • communication effectiveness and capacity;
  • stakeholders' habits and the existing media market.

The survey was implemented as a part of OSI's broader involvement in communicating SEE education reform, which includes online resources, training modules, and events.

The survey comprises two parts. The first was carried out in late 2002; the second, a broader follow-up survey, was implemented in Spring 2004. The follow-up survey provided a monitoring instrument and included more stakeholders and topics of interest. This publication compiles a summary of findings, as well as all the collected data of the survey implemented in 2004.

The Survey on Communicating Education Reform is available for download. Hard copies are also available from osep-see@zavod-irc.si.
