After witnessing one of the most severe economic crises in Europe, Latvia now faces extraordinary elections after the president dissolved parliament amidst allegations of massive corruption.

Nils Muiznieks and Andris Aukmanis recently came together to offer analysis of the issues in the elections, including corruption and ethnic relations, and also examine the growing role of neighboring Russia in the region.
