Open Society European Policy Institute
The Open Society European Policy Institute works to place human rights and open society values at the heart of what the European Union does, both inside and outside its borders.
Based in Brussels, we seek to enrich European Union policy debates by offering evidence, analysis, and recommendations drawn from the work of the Open Society Foundations in more than 100 countries. We also conduct our own research on political trends in Europe.
Our work includes building strong relationships with officials, politicians, civil society groups, and others to keep open society issues on the European Union’s policy agenda. In order to promote discussion around new policy challenges, we also seek to bring policymakers together with members of civil society.
