Amplifying Voices: Health Care for All

One of the fundamental rights of every human is to enjoy the highest attainable standard of health. The Open Society Initiative for Eastern Africa, in partnership with the Public Health Program, works to strengthen the capacity of organizations and leaders in Eastern Africa to advocate for better health policies and practices.

This issue of Amplifying Voices covers some of the most innovative and bold health rights initiatives in Eastern Africa with particular attention to marginalized persons who are too often stigmatized and criminalized due to their health needs.
