Liberia’s Education Pooled Fund: A Case for Private Foundation Engagement in Post Conflict Education Recovery

This case study presents the Open Society Intitute’s engagement in the development of Liberia’s Education Pooled Fund as an argument for multi-stakeholder partnerships and private foundation engagement in post-conflict education recovery. The review draws lessons from the process, benefits, and pitfalls of OSI engagement in the fund.
