As the EU reviews its European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP), four experts will assess their countries’ experiences with the ENP and assess its contribution to prosperity and democracy. They will offer recommendations on how to improve both the ENP’s content and its tools.
What added value has the ENP brought in over 10 years since its inception? Is it still viable today? How can the EU adapt the policy to offer more to those countries that seek deeper relations and are prepared to be ambitious? What frameworks and tools can be developed with the other partners and how can they be made more effective?
