The goal of this meeting, which brings together advocates, scholars, industry and policymakers, is to promote scholarship and analysis of the international intellectual property enforcement agenda, and particularly of the publicly released text of the Anticounterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA).
The Open Society Institute Information Program is providing the event organizers, Washington College of Law, with a small travel grant to support participation from developing countries.
This is an invitation-only meeting, however applications to join from civil society groups can be directed to Sean Flynn (pijip@wcl.american.edu). The meeting will promote public analysis, which will be posted on the project website.
